#015 Triple Happy and Joy!

Alhamdulillah Ya Allah kerana masih memberi peluang kepada hambaMu untuk bernafas di BumiMu ini. Selawat dan salam atas junjungan besar Nabi Muhammad saw dan kaum kerabat baginda. Tidak dilupakan buat para sahabat dan Tabii'in sekalian.

Hari-hari yang menggembirakan! Many things happened to me in-my-daily-life where I need them to be kept save in my diary, my bloggie diary so that one day I got to read them back, and surely will put a smile on my face. :)

One : Friday, 25th November 2011

I attended an interview, and Alhamdulillah I succeed! Well, it was on last Friday, 25th November 2011 at Taman Esplanade, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur for Marketing Executive position. But I'm still in major dilemma, whether to accept that job or just let it go. People say : When looking for a job, you don't have to be too choosy especially in the world of today. I noted that, it is not that I'm choosy in looking for a job, in fact gaji yang diorang tawarkan pun masyuk, but I have my own plan, vision and mission to be chased for the better of my life as I mention in the earlier post. Well, it's okey, I will talk to Allah about this and He will decide the best for me through my Istikharah Insyaallah. Al - Sami : is referred to as "The All Hearing" fourty-five times in the Quran! Masyaallah. For instance :

" And remember Abraham and Ishmael raised the foundations of the House (With this prayer): 'Our Lord! Accept this service from us: For You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing'." (Surah al-Baqarah : 127)

" Say (Oh Muhammad): 'If am astray. I only stray to the loss of my own soul: but if I receive guidance, it is because of what my Lord reveals to me. He is All-Hearing, Ever-Near'." (Surah Saba : 50)

Allah hears all sounds. He hears everything we say, no matter how private we speak. Allah says: "It is the same to Him whether one of you conceals his speech or declares it openly; whether he lies hidden by night or walks forth freely by day." (Surah al-Ra'd: 10). For that, thank you Allah. :)

Big Bad Wolf Book Fair!

Yesterday was the last day for the book fair event, and Allhamdulillah Ive got the chance to go there. Know what? Satu buku RM 5 je beb! Paling mahal pun RM 8. Seriously, sangat emotional nak pilih buku, sebabkan murah sangat, mula lah, buku yang dah sah sah takkan baca pun terasa nak beli jugak, maklum lah, Murahhh! Haha. And since we went there on the very last day promo, tak banyak buku yang best2 sangat lah tinggal, yet bagi kitorang masa mula2 masuk tu, makk aiihh! Seronoknya! Banyak giler buku! Love Story and Novels ada? Hee.. 

Pastu tengah cari buku buku yang cambest, dengar pulak aunty2 tu cakap sesama diorang like, "Hermm, ni dah last day, dah takde ape sangat, saya datang masa first day lagi, macam2 buku ada, sebabkan hari terakhir, saya datang lagi, ni pun dah 3 hari saya datang" 

Then I was like, Huishh aunty ni umah die sekangkang kera ke hari2 datang beli buku, patut aku nak cari buku dah takde, die dah borong rupenyerr..Haha! Aunty, joking je ep! XD Well, it ends up with 30 biji buku kitorang borong, plus 3 buku free! Total : RM 110 je, thank you Mama!

Ohh Allah, thank you for those days!

Yesterday was 'a-girls-day-out-with-a-single-man-together' Ohh my! Can it be called that way? Whatever! A single man who is a brother of mine, and he is apart of us too! A great day I can say. We went for a movie in Alamanda Putrajaya.

#013 When the kitchen started to smOke!

Alhamdulillah Ya Allah kerana masih memberi peluang kepada hambaMu untuk bernafas di BumiMu ini. Selawat dan salam atas junjungan besar Nabi Muhammad saw dan kaum kerabat baginda. Tidak dilupakan buat para sahabat dan Tabii'in sekalian.

Well, this is a story about people falling in love. Falling in love with who? Ohh, I've got to admit that I started to fall in love with cooking! Surprisingly, cooking have taken my heart away! I never thought that I would be interested in cooking, while my mom was already with her apron in the kitchen, I were just standing next to her and watching her preparing foods for the family, inviting her for chit chatting in the kitchen, talking about my life, studies, about my friends, my boyfriends, opss!! Hehe.. and all I could help is just to taste the food and gives comments! Haha, sorry mummy!! Maybe during that time, I just got this kind of mindset because of the past food preparation experiences that gave me terrible consequences like bad odors and unsatisfying taste. However, the fact is that food preparation process can be enjoyable and thrilling as long as we might be aware of the basic ways of food preparations! And I come to realize, that cOOking is a fun game playing with the ingredients! Yeayy!

Well, a day before yesterday I spent 24hours thinking what menu to cook for the next day, and I haven't figured anything yet, or maybe I needed 48 hours? Ohh my Maryam, puh-leaseee, simple je kot! Mengader betul! At the end, guess what would be my menu for yesterday?? I choose to cook, Hard-boiled egg sause -in malay we called it as telur rebus sambal, Haha.. Spicy fried chicken - in malay - ayam goreng berempah, Fish curry, and Mixed vege. Don't laugh at me peeps, it was my 1st attempt as I just followed the cooking steps through the blogs. Woha! Well, I listed down all the ingredients needed for cook and hardly went to Tesco with my mom and grabbed all those thingoo! Look, how passionate I was, whispered in the depth of my heart that my cook will turn out like what is in the net.

Fighting alone with knife and blender as my weapons with-the-chickens-and-fishes in the kitchen, they lost at the end of the day and it took me 1 1/2 hours to complete all the dishes.  And Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah, I've done it very well. 

I came to conclusion that if you have hardly ever actually prepared a meal previously, it can be a great decision to follow a cookery classes. Look for one that suits the skill level plus your passions, whether it is a cuisine u've usually wanted to attempt or a certain method of food preparation which has often confused you.

Cooking with your friends - The first of these is to promote interpersonal relationship with ur family members and buddies.When these significant others are there, they can get the ingredients, look at the recipe and inform the one does the cooking. When the cooking is done, everybody can taste it and give an evaluation about the dish. That way, errors could be figured out and corrected with the help of others people. Goodluck peeps! Enjoy cooking!

Foot note : It's amazing way for you to bond with children, even though the meal isn't tasty as you thought, the memory of the time together will forever remain with you.. Hehe..

#012 Hopes and Wishes

Alhamdulillah Ya Allah kerana memberi peluang kepada hambaMu untuk bernafas di BumiMu ini. Selawat dan salam atas junjungan besar Nabi Muhammad saw, dan kaum kerabat Baginda. Tak lupa juga buat para sahabat dan Tabii'in sekalian.

Hampir dua bulan menjadi pengganggur tegar, namun  masih bekerja keras mencari kerja dan menyusun strategi dan plan2 masa depan dengan begitu rapi. Pun begitu, mengharapkan pimpinan Allah agar apa yang dirancang membawa keberkatan dan kebaikan buat diri dan orang sekeliling. Tawaran kerja di Shah Alam terpaksa ditolak buat masa ini dek mengejar cita cita dan harapan serta mencari redha Ilahi. Bukanlah kiranya redha Ilahi tidak dapat digapai seandainya bekerja di sini, gaji yang ditawarkan pun tidak kurang hebatnya, namun buat diriku yang imannya tidak cukup teguh, mudah goyah, mungkin lebih baik kiranya bagi diri ini peluang untuk berhijrah. Tetapi mengapa sekarang? Bukan kah banyak lagi masa?

Buat diri, ''Kalau bukan sekarang, bila lagi? Kalau bukan disini, dimana lagi? Kalau bukan kita, siapa lagi?'' 

Rentetan itu, aku memilih negeri ketenangan buatku untuk aku meneruskan perjalanan hidupku, mencari ilmu Allah, juga mencari rezeki, mungkin juga buat simpanan untuk membina masjid nanti, hehe *ptptn pun hang belum start bayo, ado ati nak kawin bagai..huahuahuaa..* Di situ juga lah aku mulai kenal dengan dunia dakwah dan tarbiyyah, kehebatan ilmu2 islam dan praktikalnya. Masyaallah, banyak yang aku tidak tahu, sehebat2 ilmu kita ini, ianya scuma setitik dari ilmu Allah. Pimpinlah hati2 ini yang mendambakan redhaMu Ya Allah.

Hitung punya hitung, kira punya kira, congak punya congak, aloha punya aloha, lebih kurang setahun untuk aku memantapkan ilmu2 agama sebelum aku melangkah ke alam yang lebih mencabar. Semoga masa masa yang ada dimanfaatkan sebaik baiknya. Semoga langkah kakiku di negeri ketenagan itu membawa seribu rahmat dan urusan dipermudahkan hendaknya. Merencanakan untuk mencari kerja yang bersesuaian, pada masa yang sama ingin mencari teman2 usrah di sana bagi membaiki kelemahan yang ada, mencari guru2 agama untuk memantapkan bacaan Al-Quran, menyucikan diri dari dan hati dari sifat2 mazmumah. Ohh Allah, kabulkan harapan ini dan permudahkan lah urusanku nanti, Insyaallah.

Semoga kepulanganku nanti dengan berbekalkan ilmu2 Allah ini, dapatlah kiranya dikongsikan bersama keluarga (terutama buat adik perempuanku yang aku sayangi, Maisarah dan Muthmainnah) juga sahabat2 yang lain. Insyaallah.
